At Meat Craft Island Butchery we are always "crafting" new things to keep our customers coming back to see what's new.  

 

Look for handmade specialty items in store like our house made bone broths, handmade sausages and sausage rolls, house smoked bacon and uniquely crafted appetizers.  All of our marinates and made in house with as many fresh ingredients as possible.

Sausages Made Right Here in Store

We make all of our sausages in house with whole muscle meat and no additives or preservatives.  Our butchers love playing with flavours and are encouraged to come up with their own new sausage recipes.  We are currently rotating between 40+ different sausage recipes

 Have you tried our housemade sausages featuring local craft beer from Longwood Brewing, Mount Arrowsmith Brewing and Wolfe Brewng ? Try the Jagged Steer; Jagged Face IPA from MA Brewing with local pasture raised beef, fresh jalapeno and cilantro The Super G; featuring Longwood ginger infused beer and apricots with Hertels pork. Honey Pepper; using Wolf Brewing Honey Ale featuring Fredricks Honey and Black Pepper with Hertels Pork.

Wagyu... Why Not?

 We are proud to sell Canadian Wagyu from Brant Alberta.  Brant Lake Wagyu features a highly marbled premium beef that has a "melt in your mouth" tenderness.  


Japanese A5 wagyu now available at Meat Craft featuring Joshu beef from the Gunma prefecture and/or Hida beef from the Gifu Prefecture 


Australian MS8 rated Wagyu now available in both stores.
